Hi Michael --

Thanks for attending and blogging the session.

The proof points you are looking for on email and project cycle reduction are found in the Ziff Davis and Stata Labs case studies in particular. The email reduction I find consistently across our customers. Project cycle acceleration occurs when there are good collaborative dynamics, and I believe other tools could have similar claims.

Hey Michael! You were listening too? How funny. Anyway, yes there was good info about wikis. I think Jess did a passable job. I have to admit that I mostly just listened to the audio portion and worked away on other stuff.

I was impressed with the improvements SocialText made with the editing capabilities.

I gotta say though, man I still don't think I'm a wiki person.

@Ross ... Thanks for the leads Ross. I'll check them out.

@Tris ... Either here or on your blog, please tell us why aren't you a "wiki person"? That's a very interesting conclusion; I'd like to know more.
