Osterman Research surveyed a number of organizations on their needs from email and messaging, for PostPath, which offers a product to compete with Microsoft Exchange.   • IT Managers Blind to "2.0"? ... At a recent presentation, Dennis from SAP asked the assembled IT Managers whether any of them had Web 2.0 initiatives going on at their organizations.
