Incorrect Shipping Address
We will dispatch your book(s) to the shipping address you supply on the book order form. If the books are returned as undeliverable, then we will immediately refund your money, less US$10 for postage and packaging. If you wish to place a subsequent order, you can do so.
The exception is if we have dispatched the goods to the wrong address (which we will check by comparing the shipping label with your instructions on the order). If the error is ours, we will re-send the goods at our cost after confirming the correct shipping address with you.
